At Truly PVC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut materials and bespoke hardware are generally excluded from standard returns unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
